About Andrew R. Havran
Andrew R. Havran graduated from in May 2009 and passed the South Carolina Bar Examination later that same year. In January 2010, he opened The Law Office of Andrew R. Havran, LLC in downtown, where he has continued to represent clients throughout the Upstate of South Carolina for more than a decade.
Andrew has successfully handled matters in Family Court, Magistrate Court, Municipal Court, Probate Court, the Court of Common Pleas, and General Sessions Court. His experience includes contested family court litigation, criminal defense matters, negotiated settlements, and courtroom advocacy across a wide range of legal disputes.
In addition to his trial court experience, Andrew has also represented clients in matters before the South Carolina Court of Appeals. He is committed to providing clients with responsive communication, practical legal advice, strategic representation, and straightforward guidance during difficult and often stressful legal situations.
